Organisation & Structure
Europtima can trace its origins back 20 years,
and began operating under its present name in 1999.
We first established an office in Central and Eastern
Europe (CEE), in 1994.
We are part of sector leaders Europtima Group, and
each of the operating companies, while being supported
with corporate services and resources, has a high degree
of autonomy in keeping with our desire of responding
rapidly to the requirements of our customers and partners.
The ultimate owner of the Group companies is Optimum
Holdings SA. The indicative structure is shown below.

Each of the Operating Companies has a resident director,
who is also part of the Executive Management Board of
Europtima Group. This ensures that when you commission
Europtima you have access to our senior management,
whatever the location or operating company involved.
Geographical Extent of Operations
We operate throughout Central and Eastern Europe,
and occasionally further afield, from our Polish regional
head office. Current and recent projects are in Bulgaria,
Poland, Russia, Romania, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia,
Hungary and Ukraine.
