Position:	Executive Manager
Location:	Libya
Qualifications Required:	Professionally qualified in project management, quantity surveying or related disciplines for hotel and tourism projects.
Experience Required:	It is expected that the candidates will have 5 or more years of experience of providing project and/or cost management services in the commercial real estate sector, with a preference for hotel and tourism experience.
Other Applicable Requirements	Candidates should be highly motivated and ambitious to develop their career within our growing business. Candidates need to be effective communicators, numerate and good team players. Leadership skills will be an advantage.
Language Skills:	English, with Arabic desirable.

Position:	Quantity Surveyor
Location:	Switzerland
Qualifications Required:	Professionally qualified in quantity surveying or other real estate related discipline.
Experience Required:	Minimum five years experience. Preferably with UK trained background or having worked in an international practice.
Other Applicable Requirements	Candidate should be highly self-motivated individual. The candidate should be an EU passport holder.
Language Skills:	French and English

Position:	Architect
Location:	Lebanon
Qualifications Required:	Qualified Architect, able to handle design development at various projects, and to hanlde design coordination with other engineering disciplines.
Experience Required:	The Ideal candidate should have at least 3 years experience in architecture and should be a graduate in the same field.
Other Applicable Requirements	A highly motivated individual is required. Expert in CAD applications and other softwares.

Position:	Development Manager
Location:	Algiers
Qualifications Required:	We are seeking an individual professional qualified in real estate discipline to take a senior role in a major development.
Experience Required:	Not less than 7 years experience. Including experience of real estate development with a developer or development management company.
Other Applicable Requirements	Motivation and strongly developed commercial skills are required.
Language Skills:	French and English, other languages would be a plus.

Position:	Commercial/Facility Manager
Location:	Libya
Qualifications Required:	We are seeking a commercial manager to support a project in Libya. The preferred candidate will have the responsibility for the overall development & operational activities, provide Management teams with advice and contractual support for project issues.
Experience Required:	5 years experience in an estimating role related to building services in commercial properties. Appropriate Degree and/or other professional qualification and experience of Commercial Management Knowledge.
Other Applicable Requirements	The favourite candidate should have significant commercial experience within the real estate and construction sector. Creative and entrepreneurial in approach he/she will be able to think laterally to create unique business opportunities.
Language Skills:	English with Arabic desirable.
