Qualifications
Required:
Professionally qualified in project management, quantity surveying or related disciplines for hotel and tourism projects.
Experience
Required:
It is expected that the candidates will have 5 or more years of experience of providing project and/or cost management services in the commercial real estate sector, with a preference for hotel and tourism experience.

Applicable Requirements
Candidates should be highly motivated and ambitious to develop their career within our growing business. Candidates need to be effective communicators, numerate and good team players. Leadership skills will be an advantage.

English, with Arabic desirable.

Professionally qualified in project management, quantity surveying or other real estate related discipline. Able to manage a mixed use project with assistance from more junior staff.
Experience
Required:
Not less than 10 years experience of commercial real estate with good knowledge of core project management skills, planning and programming, financial management and risk management.

We are seeking a commercial manager to support a project in Libya. The preferred candidate will have the responsibility for the overall development & operational activities, provide Management teams with advice and contractual support for project issues.
Experience
Required:
5 years experience in an estimating role related to building services in commercial properties. Appropriate Degree and/or other professional qualification and experience of Commercial Management Knowledge.
