We have a number of Warsaw based current vacancies on our team in Poland:

  • Inspektor Nadzoru – full time
    • Responsibilities
      • Checking compliance of construction works with design, building permit, regulations and principles of technical knowledge
      • Checking the quality of construction works
      • Checking for the vanishing works, participating in technical tests and handovers
      • Participation in the acceptance of finished construction works and their handover
      • Confirming the completed works and removal of defects
      • Checking compliance of construction works with design documentation
      • Evaluation and acceptance of design documentation, forwarding it to implementation
      • Checking technical documentation for replacement solutions
      • Reviewing the design solutions of “value engineering”
      • Analysis, opinion and acceptance of the technology of planned construction works
      • Verification of all building materials, elements and devices for posession of relevant approvals, quality certificates etc. before they are used for construction.
    • Requirements
      • Engagement and excellent organizational skills
      • Construction license in relevant discipline
      • 2 years of work experience on construction site
      • Knowledge of the building law and technical conditions
      • Knowledge of English will be an advantage
      • Driving license category B

  • Project Manager
    • Thank you to the many applicants for the Project Manager and Assistant PM posts advertised earlier in the year.  We met a number of excellent candidates and we’ve now filled both positions.  With our continued growth we expect to be recruiting again shortly.
  • Quantity Surveyor/Cost Planner/Cost Manager
    • Role
      • Preparation of cost estimates and cost plans for commercial real estate projects;
      • Preparation of tender and contract documents, management of tender processes;
      • Management of cost post-contract including evaluation of variations, payment certification, etc.; and,
      • Provide general cost and commercial advice.
    • Reporting
      • Reports to a Project Executive or Senior Cost Manager as determined from time to time.
    • Ideal Candidate
      • recently qualified in a construction or real estate related discipline;
      • some experience of cost planning or cost management with a consultant or contractor; and,
      • knowledge of English language will be advantageous.
