Europtima has promoted Agata Koczoń-Kobrzyńska to Operations Director to lead business operations in Poland, with effect from April 2018.
“Aimed at improving our business operations, we promoted Agata to lead on all operational matters including managing resources and seeing that we perform in financial and quality terms” said Management Board Member and COO Sandy McMillan. He added that “with Agata as our new Operations Director we will strengthen one of the Company’s key areas”.
Agata Koczoń-Kobrzyńska is a project management professional with over 15 years’ experience. Prior to joining Europtima in 2015 she worked for international construction and engineering companies delivering demanding and complex projects such as the Warsaw Metro and the National Stadium. On joining Europtima, Agata was involved in a number of the company’s flagship projects – Warsaw Spire, Neopark and Nowogrodzka Square among others. In 2017 she gained promotion to Project Executive.
Commenting on her promotion, Agata said: “I am delighted to be appointed to this role and to lead Europtima’s Operations at a time when Poland is entering a new era of technological revolution in engineering and construction. My goal is to improve our efficiency using the tools offered by modern technology and at the same time make sure we provide highest-quality consultancy. I am looking forward to this challenge and to leading Europtima’s talented team of professionals.”
