The seemingly unstoppable growth of the CEE warehouse sector has opened up new opportunities for the sector while setting it fresh challenges. The evolution of the supply chain, the emergence of new locations and formats, the rising costs and shortages in the labour supply, have all combined to create conditions that market players are not used to.
During the recent 15th warehouse & logistics conference organized by Eurobuild in Warsaw experts and representatives of leading companies on the CEE warehouse market discussed how to take the best advantage of this boom and avoid the kind of pitfalls that accompany such profound changes.
Europtima Country Director Poland, Agata Koczoń-Kobrzyńska also took part in this event. “We focus on innovation, so from our perspective the most interesting topic of the conference was the use of BIM technology in the design, construction and management of logistics facilities” said Agata “At Europtima, we support our Clients in effective planning and developing buildings in this technology and we see real benefits for both developers and tenants of logistics facilities. We hope that this will be one of the main topics for the next year’s conference ” she added.
