People
People are our greatest strength and our CEE staff are
experienced professionals from a number of construction
and real estate disciplines including project management,
engineering, and quantity surveying.
In addition to our permanent staff, we have rapid access
to contracted staff, who work with us regularly, and
are able to respond quickly to the demands of existing
and new projects.
Our multi-national team is proficient in a wide variety
of languages including English, Polish, French, German,
and Russian.
Our Warsaw based regional office is under the management
of our resident CEE Operations Director, Sandy McMillan,
who has been supporting customers and projects in CEE
since 1997. He is partnered on the Management Board
of the business by our Group President, Gaby Tayoun.

Technology
Our offices are equipped with fast Internet connections
and networked PCs. Our PC operating system is MS Windows,
and all workstations are equipped with MS Office.
Additionally we employ specialist software such as
our proprietary web based 'Optimum Cost Manager' project
cost management and accounting database, which provides
you, our customer, with the ability to view all the
relevant financial information on your projects.
